Not another dashboard project.
A managed reporting function.

MarginPulse Managed Intelligence is a human-led service that helps owners and management teams get a more consistent view of business performance without building an in-house reporting workflow from scratch.

01

Prepare the data

We organise, consolidate and validate agreed business files, flagging missing, inconsistent or unclear fields before analysis.

Understand performance

We analyse sales, purchases, expenses, margins, inventory and receivables against the agreed reporting questions.

Measure · Compare · Explain
03

Surface priorities

We highlight unusual movements, potential leakages and areas that may deserve management review—supported by the underlying data.

Exceptions · Drivers · Priorities
04

Support action

You receive a reporting pack and a prioritised action register to help management decide what to investigate or monitor next.

Report · Discuss · Follow through
WHAT WE ANALYSE

See beyond the totals.
Understand what is moving.

Reporting is shaped around your business model and the quality of the data available. We do not assume that every increase is good or every cost increase is waste.

QUESTIONS

Know what you are engaging.

Clear scope and expectations protect both sides.

Do we need to replace our accounting or ERP software?+

No. The service is designed to work with agreed exports from existing systems, commonly XLSX or CSV. Any source-specific limitations are identified during scoping.

Do you provide bookkeeping, audit or tax filing?+

No. The service focuses on management reporting and data analysis. It does not replace bookkeeping, statutory audit, tax advice, tax filing or regulated professional services.

What data do you need?+

It depends on the questions and reporting scope. Common sources include sales, purchase, product, customer, supplier, expense, inventory and receivables exports. A data checklist is provided after the discovery discussion.

How is pricing decided?+

Fees are quoted after understanding data volume, number of sources, reporting frequency, required analysis, turnaround and customisation. Setup work may be quoted separately. The scope and fee are agreed in writing before work begins.

Can you guarantee savings or higher profits?+

No. We identify data-supported patterns and areas for management review. Business outcomes depend on validation, decisions and execution by your team.

How is business data shared and protected?+

Do not send confidential records through this public enquiry form. After scope and confidentiality arrangements are agreed, the parties confirm an appropriate transfer channel, permitted users, retention and deletion expectations.
